I studied the academic chair role as the topic of my dissertation.  I served as a chair and vice chair for over 12 years.  The academic chair is a very important leader and it is unfortunate that so little has been allocated to them for their ongoing development.  I provide consultation to chairs - one time or ongoing,  virtually or onsite. Consultation for faculty development is available on-site or virtually.  I am available for 1-3 day-long workshops.  Examples of topics include:

• Focused topics such as: writing a grading rubric, giving written feedback to students, writing questions for online discussion boards, etc.
